What We've Achieved So Far

Since setting up in October 2001 we have arranged many events and are really pleased to have made a tremendous profit for Howe Park First School. We have purchased numerous items for the school (many listed below) and have donated over £500 to charity (Children in need, Jeans for Genes and Comic Relief). The “highlights” for last year can be seen via the attached link. Below are other purchases that have been made possible by the Friends Association and the support that we receive from Parents and the School.

Purchases which the Friends Association have made possible:

Friends House We have bought the Friend's House, which is a wooden playhouse, which can be seen in the Foundation Stage outdoor play area.
Wooden Kitchen We also bought a Wooden kitchen, which is located in the shared area between Year 1 and Foundation Stage.
Woodpecker Logo We bought the Howe Park Woodpecker Logo for the front of the school.
School Bunting We purchased the bunting for the school which was used at the fete and can be used over and over again.
