I would like to thank you for such an excellent response to our recent questionnaire.  We had 120 responses, which has given us much information to work on.  Overall, the feedback was very positive, although there are some areas that need further development.

A summary is included below.  As not all questions were answered on every questionnaire some of the percentages might not add up to 100%.
